Who can open an account with Dr Neil’s?
To open an account with Dr Neil’s you will need to have an ABN and also be committed to re-selling the products you purchase from Dr Neil’s.

We do not supply people who are only looking to purchase products for their own animals.

How do I open an account?
You will need to fill out our Account Application form and fax it back to our accounts department. You can download a copy of the Application by clicking here. All relevant information must be included for the account to be opened.

Do you have a minimum order?
No. Dr Neil’s does not have a minimum order, however all orders under $250 (ex. GST) incur a $30 handling fee.

What is Dr Neil’s freight policy?
Dr Neil’s has a Freight Free policy for NSW, Qld, Vic and SA. In these areas you will never pay freight on your order. However, orders under $250 will incur a $30 handling charge.

For WA, Tas and NT customers, a flat freight charge of $50 per order applies.
